What PoolBridge is

PoolBridge is a marketing, information and referral platform. PoolBridge is not a pool cleaner, contractor, engineer, inspector, insurer or guarantor of any service provider.

No guarantee of service or pricing

Estimates shown on the website are educational planning ranges only. Final price, scope, availability, scheduling, warranties, credentials and service terms are set by the independent provider. PoolBridge does not guarantee that a provider will be available or that any estimate will match a final quote.

Provider verification

Users are responsible for confirming a provider's identity, references, insurance, applicable licenses or certifications, permits where relevant, written scope, pricing and other terms before hiring. Any provider-screening claims should only be published after PoolBridge has an actual documented verification process.

User submissions

You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide the contact information and service request. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

Provider relationships

Participating providers are independent businesses. Provider lead pricing, service areas, qualification criteria, refunds or credits, and payment terms should be governed by a separate written provider agreement before paid lead delivery begins.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PoolBridge is not responsible for acts, omissions, property damage, service quality, disputes, pricing, delays or losses arising from an independent provider relationship. Nothing on this site creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship with a provider.

Changes

These terms may change as the service evolves. Continued use after a posted update may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
